🌍 Welcome!
I am a Research Associate at the Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research (LISER), Research Affiliate at Georgetown University, and Lecturer at the University of Luxembourg.
My work combines causal inference, spatial analysis, and large-scale quantitative data to generate evidence for public policy and international development. I collaborate with governments, international organisations, and academic institutions to design and evaluate programmes addressing employment, education and skills, migration, inequality, and economic development, including through Luxembourg's Development Cooperation.
My research has been published in journals including the Journal of Development Economics and World Development. Alongside research, I enjoy teaching, mentoring, and translating evidence into practical insights for policy and decision-making.
