I am a Research Associate at the Luxembourg Institute of Socio-Economic Research (LISER), Research Affiliate at Georgetown University, and Lecturer at the University of Luxembourg.
My research lies at the intersection of development economics, labour markets and public policy. I use causal inference, experimental methods and spatial analysis, combining survey, administrative and geospatial data to study employment and skills, migration, inequalities and economic development.
I work with academic institutions, public authorities and international partners to design and evaluate programmes and translate rigorous research into policy-relevant evidence. My research has been published in the Journal of Development Economics and World Development.
